Arif comes with 17 years of leadership experience in Planning, Strategy, IT & Operations with Tier 1 Global MNCs, Fortune 500 & Big 4 Consulting firms like HCL, Nokia Siemens, KPMG & Rio Tinto, managing practices with budgets of US$ 10+ M. He worked as the COO of a couple of Blockchain firms in UAE and co-founded an Exchange in Europe, and a Payments company in India.

He holds an Engineering degree & MBA(Systems & International Business) and is a PMP certified professional, currently pursuing MS in Digital Currencies from University of Nicosia, Cyprus. He is also a Certified Global CIO from ISB(Indian School of Business), the no. 1 Business school in India. He has been a speaker in Crypto events & is a member of Digital Currency Council New York, Blockchain Advisory Council & UK Digital Currency Association.

He sits on the advisory board of many successful ICOs/IEOs/STOs and is a well-travelled professional who has lived/worked in many countries. He has been instrumental in setting up and successfully scaling up Offshore practices for a couple of Global Organizations in the past.

At Techlive, Arif is responsible for running all facets of the business, as the Chief Executive Officer.

As Chief Marketing officer for Techlive, Saurabh has the responsibility for leading the global marketing & Sales team, building marketing capabilities, and leading the corporate research and engineering team on creating consumer-inspired innovation. He plays a key role in the company's initiatives to improve commercial capabilities that drive growth.

Prior to joining Techlive, he worked as VP Business Development with Techlive. He also worked as a Sr. QA Analyst, North America and Europe at RateGain & Prometric, where he worked on several assignments. He serves on the Board of directors for Surveyster LLC, Israel and DCPOS, Thailand.

Rajender comes with with15+ yrs. of professional experience and has worked with some of the top ad agencies like Ogilvy, JWT, McCann and Corporates like Havells, HPL, O3+, Nutriglow. He has provided strategic guidance and brand solutions for a host of brands including Seagrams, Pepsi, North East Tourism, Diego, Dominos etc. He led design where he excelled at translation of idea and business requirements into digital experiences. His experience is an intersection of design and technology with multiplatform product design having brand focused engagements. He is engaged in setting up and executing creative direction for clients as well as managing programs.

He holds a Graduate degree from University of Delhi, PG Diploma in Commercial Art from a government affiliated National Institute and MBA in Marketing from IMT combining art, marketing and management skills. At Techlive, Rajender takes care of Delivery working closely with the Offshore team, ensuring on-time delivery.
